We optimize energy and resource consumption, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and waste. We use regeneration technology: water is heated to just the right temperature to produce the right amount, and the heat released is used for related production cycles, reducing energy consumption by 160 kW per day. The cooking equipment has its own washing system. Modern and cost-effective water and air purification systems help to conserve resources
