    Optimizujemo potrošnju energije i resursa, smanjujemo emisiju ugljen-dioksida i stvaranje otpada. Koristimo tehnologiju regeneracije: voda se zagreva na tačnu temperaturu koja je potrebna za proizvodnju odgovarajuće količine proizvoda, a emitovana toplota se koristi za srodne proizvodne cikluse, čime se potrošnja energije smanjuje za 160 kW dnevno. Oprema za kuvanje ima svoj sistem ispiranja. Moderan i ekonomičan sistem prečišćavanja vode i vazduha pomaže u očuvanju resursa.
